ClaimLeo (“ClaimLeo,” “we,” “us”) provides software for documenting property contents and inventory for insurance adjusters, adjusting firms, carriers, and the policyholders they serve. This Privacy Policy explains what information the ClaimLeo mobile app and related services collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the following information, only to operate the ClaimLeo service:

• Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and the physical address of the property being documented. Used to create and manage accounts and to identify policyholders and their properties.
• Photos — the photos you capture or select of items and property. Used to build your inventory and to identify items and estimate values.
• Precise location — when you capture a photo, we may record the device location to help verify the authenticity of inventory photos.
• Identifiers — an account identifier we assign to you, and a device push-notification token used to deliver notifications.

We do not collect payment information through the app, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

How we use information

We use this information solely to provide and operate the ClaimLeo service, including to:

• authenticate you and secure your account;
• create, organize, and display your property inventory;
• identify items and estimate replacement values;
• verify the authenticity of inventory photos;
• send service-related notifications; and
• provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the service — for example, with the insurance carrier or adjusting firm associated with your account, and with service providers (such as cloud hosting and item-identification providers) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and to comply with our legal obligations.

Your choices and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account revokes your access and removes your account; associated data is deleted or de-identified in accordance with our retention obligations. You may also contact us to request access to, or deletion of, your information.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to help protect your information.

Children

ClaimLeo is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
